Set up separate playlists for your slow & fast paces. The music will switch from your slow list to your fast list, while your songs will pick up where they left off as they begin a new set. A simple interface shows the countdown time, elapsed time and total workout time of each set. An audible bell can sound at 5,3,1 seconds before the switch.
